Ash Home Improvements provides residential and commercial renovation services including, but not limited to, custom decks, fencing, concrete patios and walkways, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, flooring, roofing, siding, windows, doors, and commercial build-outs. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate written service agreement or contract between Ash Home Improvements and the client.
Any estimate or quote provided by Ash Home Improvements — whether through our website, phone, email, or in person — is not a binding contract. A formal written agreement must be signed by both parties before work commences. Estimates are based on information provided at the time of inquiry and are subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, or changes in project scope.
We make every effort to complete projects on time. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permitting delays, or other factors outside of our control. We will communicate any delays promptly and work with you to minimize disruption.
Ash Home Improvements will obtain all required permits for work performed where applicable and in accordance with local regulations in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information necessary to obtain permits. Any additional costs associated with permitting will be communicated in advance.
Payment terms will be outlined in the written service agreement for each project. General payment policies include:
A deposit may be required prior to the start of work
Progress payments may be required at agreed-upon milestones
Final payment is due upon project completion
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your service agreement
Failure to make timely payments may result in work stoppage and additional fees. Ash Home Improvements reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for unpaid balances.
Ash Home Improvements stands behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. In general:
Workmanship warranties cover defects in installation or construction performed by our team
Material warranties are subject to the terms provided by the manufacturer of the materials used
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, acts of nature, or modifications made by third parties
